Website and documentation audits

Find facts that
don’t agree.

FactRift checks your website and public documentation for conflicting information about your product. It shows both statements and their sources so your team can decide what to fix.

Your website
and documentation
Both statements
and their sources
Every finding
reviewed

Example finding

How long is the free trial?

Two pages give different trial lengths for the Premium plan.

Website page /trial
“All plans include a 14-day free trial.”
Help center page /help/trial
“The Premium plan includes a 30-day free trial.”
Why this matters
When your pages disagree, customers don’t know which information to trust. AI assistants can repeat the wrong details, creating false expectations about your product.
Reports will include links, dates, and context for both statements.

How it works

See what conflicts.
Decide what to fix.

For SaaS founders, product marketers, and documentation teams. This is how the first audits will work.

Check the pages

Compare information about plans, features, limits, trials, and policies across your public website and documentation.

Review each finding

The founder reviews every finding before it reaches you. Different plans, dates, or customers can explain why two statements differ.

Choose what to fix

Read both statements and their sources, then decide what needs updating and record your assessment.

The report

A clear record of
what we found.

Your report brings together every credible contradiction found in the pages checked, with the sources and context needed to assess each one.

  • One main website
  • Up to two documentation or help sites owned by your company
  • Up to 100 public pages in total
  • Both statements and the context behind each finding
  • A list of pages checked, skipped, or unavailable

What you get

Findings you can check for yourself.

  • Both statements, side by side
  • A source link and date for each statement
  • An explanation of why they appear to conflict
  • A place to record your assessment

Our approach

Careful checks. Clear sources.

We will check public pages, respect website access rules, and show you exactly what supports each finding.

Respect website access

We will follow robots.txt rules and use a slow request rate. We won’t bypass sign-in, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, or other access restrictions.

Keep the context

We will show the relevant excerpts and explain why they seem to conflict. We won’t decide which statement is correct or claim to find every contradiction.
